   My Cable Internet costs $46.99 but for that I get 5700 kbit/s where as   
   the best DSL avilable in my area was 750 kbit/s. I thought the $15 extra   
   was worth it. I am forced to have Cable TV because since they went   
   digital I can only can get 2 of the 7 Local over the air channels

   That is a big problem with me. Even with the Minimum requited package I
