Tom,              I did that for a while after somebody I know suggested it.              I decided not to keep the UPS powered ON to keep those two devices       active.              I'm still with AT&T DSL.       Just read a note on my latest bill from them and the price is going up       2 bucks to $30something.              I still enjoy having DSL to use.       I don't want to go through withdrawal symptoms yet.       If the price gets too high I may have to suffer the D.T.'s.              I don't want cable broadband, I was eating at Mr. Gattie Pizza       yesterday and saw something on the Cartoon Network TV Channel that       troubled me, so I'm not interested in my money paying for all of the       other stuff that they send down that coaxial cable.              It would be very hard for me to turn it down if I lived in Tennessee       where their cable TV system has lots of Southern Gospel Quartet       Singing.              But up here, about 150 miles North of Nashville, TN that kind of music       isn't as popular as it is in TN and the cable company here don't carry       it.              We see some Over The Air TV shows that we like.              The other shows we can change the channel or turn the TV OFF without       any more cost to us than the few bucks we paid over the Government's       $40 Coupon to buy the Digital TV Convertor Box(s).       73              ...
