|    Taskbar Icon    |

Howdy! Mark,              I wrote to You B4 about seeing a unfamiliar Icon on the Taskbar when       I Log On my XP Limited Users Account, either from a Full Shut Down or       from Hibernation when I turn the XP box ON.              If I move the Mouse Pointer over it, or click on it, it vanishes and       recently I notice that when I do that a My Computer window opens while       the computer is still getting its act in order, of loading all the       Start Up Programs and showing them in the Taskbar.              The Icon looks like a Broken Network symbol to me.       Am I close???               ----------------        | |        | |        | |        | |        -----------------        |        X        |        ________|________                     The "X" in the icon is colored RED.              It doesn't show this Icon every time I start the computer and log on.              I figured that You or Someone Else reading this message knows what is       going on and will share their knowledge with me.              As always I appreciate the help I get from the BBS Users, Thanks!              ...
