   The FACT is that MS NEVER issued an Upgrade Version of Win 7 for XP   
   users.   
   Like they did for Win 3.1/Win85/Win98/WinME and Win Vista users as   
   they moved through the Windows versions.   
   The ONLY way to move to Win 7 for the Win XP user is to save the Data   
   and then install Win 7 and Re-Install ALL your Programs.   
   THAT is NOT an upgrade but a trick that one can hope will work.
