   Actually it is the Operating System that cannot Use more then 3.3 Gig of   
   memory. The MB most is likely capable of having more installed.   
   I have never done it but i understand there are ways to make use of the   
   memory for other purposes though.   
   There is a program called Ramdisk Plus that one can be used used
