I bought the same XP computer that my brother has.   
      
   HP a1430n   
      
   He told me a neighbor suggested putting Windows 7 on his XP box   
   since MS ended support for XP.   
      
   Our PCs have a AMD 3800+ CPU,   
   The OS is 32 bit XP Media Center Edition 2005 with SP3.   
      
   Mine has 3GB DDR 400 Dual Channel 128-bit RAM,   
   I think his still has the 1GB RAM istalled by the factory.   
      
   Would Windows 7 work good on both of those PCs?
