Last night I went to AVAST! Support and learned what to do to get   
   TB to use their Mail Shield.   
      
   I just needed to have a Certificate for Mail Shield to put in TB.   
      
   I did it and all is OK now when I Send or Get Email.   
      
   WHEW!   
      
   ... Windoze, the ONLY thing slower than the U.S. Mail!
