Greetings TOM!               RW> RW>>> Hmmmm. Luminas haven't been made since the early 2ks. The new        RW> RW>>> Camaros [2010 and later] have been very successful on those        RW> RW>>> courses, as they now have independant suspension on both ends        RW> RW>>> of the car. Not to mention loads of horsepower.               RW> TW>> As of last year it was still in production in other countires.               RW>> Ahhh.               RW> TW>> Chevrolet Lumina               RW> TW>> Manufacturer        RW> TW>> General Motors        RW> TW>> Production        RW> TW>> 1989-2001 (US)        RW> TW>> 1998-1999 (Mexico)        RW> TW>> 2000-2013 (Worldwide)               RW>> The worldwide models are made in Brazil? And do they look like the        RW>> 2001 version that last sold here? Just curious.              I answered my own inquirey. The 2000-2010 and 2011-2013 models are       manufactured in Australia by Holden. They sell the rebadged Holden       Commodore as the Lumina worldwide, except here in the USA.               TW> Here is a picture from the internet:               TW> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Chevrolet-Lumina-Euro-3.4-sedan.jpg              Yeah, the caption says it is a 2001 Lumina, the last model made in the       states.               Have a day!               R\%/itt - K5RXT                                                 --- GoldED+/W32 1.1.5-31012       --- D'Bridge 3.99        * Origin: South-Texas Area Hub - Gulf Coast Backbone (1:387/22)    |
