   Unless you have something hogging the memory 2 gig should be fine.   
   Moving to an Solid State drive can make a noticable speed difference.   
   There are several 120 Gig SSD's going for less than $100 on the internet   
   Of cpourse they aqre al SATA drives so older motherboards will be a   
   problem.
