   Does "'release' feature" mean clicking on the "Safely Remove Hardware"   
   icon on the XP Taskbar, then clicking the drive letter to tell the box   
   not to use that one anymore?

   No, they can't be replaced, Our friends daughter passed away,   
   no one can take any photos now of her, and the Rental Phone was   
   returned to the store long time ago.   
      
   I don't have a cell phone, but am wondering if they have a MicroSD Card   
   Slot where someone Could make a backup from what is on the phone at the   
   time the backup is made. It'd be nice if one could do that.

   Are You talking about a "Milling Machine"?   
      
   Your thoughts about the lost photos made me think of a Ham I met that   
   was Licensed as a Novice, 1/2 a year after I got my Novice Ticket.   
   When He built a project for his station, he would put a Schematic of it   
   inside the box before he fastened the cover on it.   
      
   I knew of that, and one day at another Hams home, I was asked if I knew   
   anything about a circuit that my other friend had built for this man.   
   I told him to open the box and see if there was anything inside the box   
   that would be of help, after opening the box, there it was.

   Oh Sure!, Sub-Directories are my friend!   
   I first make a BACKUP Directory, and then make Sub-Directories from it   
   to save my Child and GrandChild ... backups to the BACKUP Directory.

   I didn't want to try Copying that backup file on the NTFS drive to one   
   of my Ext. FAT-32 drives.   
   I am not sure if the copying process would break the BIG file into 4GB   
   Chunks that would fit on the older drives I use to keep my backup on.   
      
   I didn't want to waste the time trying that and find out it Failed.

   Probably, if I used a 64-bit OS, but everything here has 32-bit, 16-bit   
   and 8-bit OS's.   
   The new Ext. Drive being NTFS was unexpected, as it wasn't mentioned   
   in the description on the case.   
      
   Yes!, "I Can Read" Some Letters And Numbers, I know enough to make me   
   considered dangerous 'about some things'.

   Long time ago, I had an W98SE box I put a USB 2.0 card in, those cards   
   ought to be real cheap now. Do you Have a spare slot to put one in?
