   I did the same thing on the son-in-law's machine and it's still installing   
   itself after a week.  When I checked it yesterday, it was at 94%, but you are   
   allowed to use any module of Office 2013.(!)   
      
   When I called them about it, I was told the warranty expired after 90 days and   
   I would have to fork over $99 (I don't know if that's per incident or a yearly   
   thing because I was upset being told that) even if I asked tech support what   
   time it is.  I should have stuck with Office 2010 because I didn't have a   
   problem with it.
