   My current state of Repair Online with my son-in-law's machine did not work.   
   It hung at 90% around 2100 hours last night and at 0530 hours this morning, it   
   was still sitting at that per centage.  And so, I decided to uninstall and   
   reinstall it and am at 90% again with a message stating I have a slow   
   connection, so it may take some time, which is ridiculous because our   
   connection is VDSL at 100Mbps.  When I run a program (Word 2013, for instance)   
   a box pops up to activate the program and faults at connecting to the server.   
      
   I'm probably going to have to call them.  I didn't have that problem two days   
   ago.
