Hello Roger.              19 Mar 14 21:56, you wrote to all:               RN> The question for today is why. Has anyone here in Fidoland        RN> experienced this problem besides me and the dozens of other users who        RN> wrote in to M$?              I had a client's machine do this just this past week.              What I did was gointo programs and features, find ms office. Click on change,        and then choose the repair option. I had to       have the machine connected to the internet, as the offline repair wouldn't        work. After about three hours I'd noticed that       the machine had locked up (It's got other issues as well) and pulled power.        When it rebooted and got to the desktop, I       tryed word and it it ran. So did the other parts of office!                            Stephen              --- GoldED+/LNX 1.1.5        * Origin: Dragon's Lair ---:- bbs.vk3heg.net -:--- (3:633/280)    |
