->My only complaint is that the BBS section is relevant.  Webforums are big ...   
   ->there are plenty of PHPBB and SMF type forums.  If they would develop it with   
   ->some social media features and tool it into the community it was meant to be   
   ->it would bridge the gap between the young and the old users out there.   
       
   Well, if WINS is tooled properly then it can be made to look and feel like any
