   I am proud to announce the release of SeaTel 2.0 for Wildcat! Interactive Net   
   Server!   
      
   SeaTel is a plug-n-play replacement for the default "Telnet Outbound" function   
   built into WINServer.  This version marks the first free release of a once   
   shareware-type WINS modification.   
      
   In this release, I have added a separate "SeaTel QuickLink" WCX that will let   
   you connect to just one server (such as a TWGS server) without having to   
   utilize   
   the entire SeaTel package.   
      
   As with all of my other releases, this can be downloaded from my BBS at   
   winserver.org (sorry, telnet only).
