   Ok, had to write a shim utilty to force the running of   
   PKTDATE.EXE FIRST on the uncompressed .PKT file PXEcho creates.   
   Once it does that, then it compresses the FIXED packet :)  I   
   wrote the program with logging ability as so:

       * PKTDATE.EXE -C C:\PX\TEMP\13897E01.PKT   
       * PKZIP.EXE C:\PX\OUTBOUND\658AF6F5.SU4 \   
          C:\PX\TEMP\13897E01.PKT   
    ---- Run ended @ 04-17-2016 - 13:02:55   
      
   So if everyone is seeing this, then the utility works :)
