   Let me clarify here.  When I say VMODEM, I mean the VMODEM.EXE   
   application that comes with Ray Gwinn's SIO drivers for OS/2, not   
   NetSerial, in which the term "Virtual Modem" should be used to not   
   confuse things.   
      
   Under OS/2, getting FD/DOS to work under VMODEM.EXE is the same as you   
   get it to work under a DOS session in OS/2.
