   Upgruser allows the Sysop and your Co-Sysop to upgrade the users   
   security   
   profiles on Wildcat 6.x. If you need techincal support   
   then you will need to telnet to wildcat.dynu.com 2300 and your   
   queston on   
   my bbs system. Pleasew do not ask for the source code.   
   The source code is not available.

   To install the program:   
      
      
   1. You must be running Wildcat 6.X   
   2. Make a directory C:\wc6\upgrduser\   
   3. cd to C:\wc6\upgrduser and unzip the files.   
   4. Copy the .wcx file to the c:\wc6 directory   
   5. Edit the Secexclude.cfg file and put the security levels that do   
   you   
   want to be protected from being edited,   
   6. Edit the upgrade.cfg file.   
   7. Add the .wcx to your wildcat config   
      
      
   The New User Questionnaire writes the User Desire Alias name to the   
   user   
   comment field #1 and the Email Address to the   
   Users Comment2 field.
