   Thanks!  Looks like in order for this tool to work best is to use the /NC   
   parameter to create an uncompressed .PKT file when scanning echomail.  Running   
   PKTDATE.EXE -C * in the C:\PX\TEMP directory fixes up any and all PKT files   
   very nicely.
