   The web IS responsive. Google now ranks sites on their mobile compatibility.   
   In fact a good 60% of my traffic is from mobile devices. There's still a   
   chance BBSes could grab more use if they could be [easily] be accessed by   
   smartphones. Hector had no clue what responsive web design was.
