   -> Here is where it gets weird. If I take my laptop at work (windows7)   
   -> and use the hot spot   
   -> on my phone, using the chrome or IE browsers I get a cannot connect   
   -> error. Chrome   
   -> reports Error decoding page. And something about it not being   
   -> available and may have   
   -> moved. IE reports it just cannot display the page.   
      
   DNS resolution issue or something on the hotspot?  Or maybe website   
   filtering may be in effect?
