Ok here is a weird one for you...   
      
   At home on my computer I can access my site fine.    
   http://www.paradisebbs.com/public/default.wct   
      
   I can also access the same page fine on my iPhone 6 using Safari.   
      
   Here is where it gets weird. If I take my laptop at work (windows7) and use   
   the hot spot    
   on my phone, using the chrome or IE browsers I get a cannot connect error.   
   Chrome    
   reports Error decoding page. And something about it not being available and   
   may have    
   moved. IE reports it just cannot display the page.
