On Wildcat 5 with the Internet Connect Pack (pre-winserver) How do i set up   
   anonymous FTP access to my file areas?   
      
   Been all through WcConfig and didn't see that setting. FTP is working on port   
   21 but requires a login and password. I'd like to allow anonymous access to a   
   few backbone / fidonews areas for quick download.
