   There is something that PXONLINE does that invokes the passthrough with pxmail   
   or pxecho.... I'm sorry but if the request comes in via bink-d it does not   
   happen that's why I gave up on Dixienet after several times I sent the rescan   
   nothing happened ... you were in the middle of a move and I backburnered it.   
   You had enough stress for ten people (you still have enough for five) and I   
   admire you for it.   
      
   WHen I hit you with telnet it worked.   
      
   I've figured it out by hubbing for other people I have to watch for areafix   
   requests... they do not happen if they come in via the bink-p protocol either   
   with irex or binkd.  I have to run the requests manually.
