   Far as getting areafix to respond and do rescans with PX the telnet mailer   
   works the bink-p protocol mailers get the .pkts in and areafix will turn   
   things on and of but will not perform a rescan with pxmail... only pxecho and   
   real time through pxonline will do the %rescan.
