   Actually Synchronet, Mystic and ELEBBS all re-wrap the quoted text.  So   
   does golded.  At least I learned I can change -> to just > which makes   
   it play nice with the for pre-mentioned packages.  I've taken a biut of   
   crap for my "ancient non-standard message quoting".   
      
   I found that I can manipulate it a bit with the prompt file.  I know   
   what WCCODE file does the quoting, as good as you are with WCCODE you   
   could probably have it doing initial caps in no time flat :-)

   Not third party... it's the stock HTML message editor... the user that   
   does this is blind and I guess they don't realize the headers are   
   quoting.

   Actually the quoting is the core part of Winserver which is part of the   
   business side of the equation.  I wish he would give the wildcat world a   
   gift and release at least Platinum express to open source.
