   AFAICT, this wrapping is pretty much standard in most BBS   
   packages because of the standard length of lines in messages on   
   echomail networks.

   Possibly third party if you don't mind editing the HTML code.   
   Unless one is too lazy to highlight the text and press the Delete

   I doubt hector will ever touch these products again -- speaking   
   from experience.  AFAIK, the business side of things just simply   
   does not rely on the sales of FTN technology products.
