   I've been having IP problems with CenturyLink here lately.  Changed back to   
   Comcast for a bit.  Please try again and let me know if you are able to get   
   the files you need.  To access files on the web interface, you need to log   
   into the BBS web interface with your username and password, then connect to   
   the files area webpage.
