   Yeah, it will do this.  After you upload the file, just wait a little    
   and the replies will be unpacked -- the system did not lock up --    
   just have a little patience as I do not know why it does this.  If    
   does this when I run wcLocal.exe as well.  I just wait a little bit    
   and then Wildcat! tosses the REP packet after uploading.
