   i guess but it already looked like the doctor when clara encountered it when   
   the doctor was inside getting the cakes and coffees... it fooled her long   
   enough to copy her before she could react and get away... the doctor   
   discovered it still standing outside when he went back out to clara and she   
   was comatose again...   
      
   BTW: it was the control tech in the control building that called them   
   "spoonheads" at the beginning of the episode... the CEO (or whatever position   
   of high authority she had) corrected him and told him they called them   
   "servers"... their "spoonhead" name became apparent when one saw the back of   
   their head :)
