   Maybe it was just the way I saw it, but least part of the point of the    
   Where Are They Now? stuff seemed to be to undo the horrible fates of    
   companions in the spin-offs, most obviously with the statment that Liz    
   (who died in the NAs while on a UNIT mission to the Moon in 2003) can't    
   make it to the funeral because she's on UNIT's Moonbase. With this    
   interpretation in mind, the failure to mention Dodo is even odder.
