Temperatures will range from around 2?C in colder       spots to highs of about 6-7?C coastal and lowland areas. Winds will be strong       from the east to southeast in the morning, gusting up to 70 kph in places,       easing slightly in the afternoon but remaining brisk. Patchy light fog may       develop especially during early morning and later in the day.              Regarding conditions through the day, skies will remain mostly cloudy to dense       overcast with occasional breaks to partly cloudy in some inland areas by       afternoon. There will be some chance of drizzle and light rain in the       afternoon and evening, with rain continuing in many areas overnight. Winds       will moderate slightly in the afternoon becoming more south to southwest,       keeping the chill noticeable.
