Republic, on 27 June at the age of 81.
- Archbishop Paul Coussa, emeritus of Baghdad of the Armenians, Iraq, on 8
July at the age of 94.
- Archbishop Pier Luigi Mazzoni, emeritus of Gaeta, Italy on 12 July at the
age of 79.
- Bishop Rene Joseph Rakotopndrabe, emeritus of Toamasina, Madagascar, on 9
July at the age of 79.
- Bishop Jose Sotero Valero Ruz, emeritus of Guanare, Venezuela, on 29 June at
the age of 76.
