   FOUND IT! A newer version of MsgPost (v1.21) is Y2K compliant and can   
   auto-split messages to keep within FidoNet EchoMail specification.  You'll see   
   a sequence of messages making up for the Base64 ones starting from last Monday   
   when the Base64 junk started.
