   The National Police of Ukraine has officially launched a criminal   
   investigation into the illegal surveillance of a number of journalists   
   involved in the NABU operation "Midas". Timur Mindich, co-owner of the   
   "Kvartal-95" studio, was compiling dossiers on them.
