   Hey All!

   If you see this post then it represents editting the FTN perl pack
   thingy as follows;

   ---------------------------------------------------------------------
    echo "$origNode $destNode ${PKT_DATE[@]} 0 2 $origNet $destNet \
    255 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 $origZone $destZone 0 256 16 3 \
    1 $origZone $destZone $origPoint $destPoint 0 0" | \
    perl -e 'while(<>){@myarray = split(/ +/, $_);};\
    print pack("S12C10S4C2S7", @myarray);' > $3
   ---------------------------------------------------------------------

   I managed to cypher some of the above hardcoded fields and will attempt
   an 'explanation' if indeed the above works which will be evidenced
   by it showing up as a vaild message somewhere other than on my display.

   What a pain.

   Life is good,
   Maurice
