Hey All!   
      
   Added a bit more functionality to /usr/share/fidonet/functions as well   
   as a tearline and kludges.  Also including coreutils' fmt app to the   
   mix so that line lengths to the final posting can be configured to   
   suit the cause.  This one should end up being set to 72 characters.   
      
   Let's see how this turns out.
