Hey All!   
      
   A new function for WeBeBashing FTN dealie for selecting which Fido echo   
   to post to.  This should end up in the TUXPOWER echo if it works like   
   expected.   
      
   If successful then /usr/share/fidonet/functions has taken the first step   
   to being multiecho capable.  Currently it is only multiuser.   
      
   As for MSGID I think keeping it unique no matter which echo it gets   
   posted to is a better idea as opposed to incrementation for each area.   
   This way searches via MSGID ought to produce the exact message no matter   
   where it is stored.
