Hey All!   
      
   Took the liberty of upgrading hpt - see TID if you are able.  I am   
   hoping this change will allow me to post to temporary FTN msg formatted   
   messages to be used in conjunction with 'hpt scan' for creating an   
   outbound FTN pkt format for the mothership.  If this works out then I   
   am one step closer to purely text based local message archive(s) that   
   would be compatible to all sorts of text messaging schemes.  :::evil
