Hey All!   
      
   Added 'file' to the tuxpower.sh script to ensure that the posted script   
   is actually a script and nothing else.  Also added is a check to ensure   
   the poster has read access to the script to be posted and if not then   
   exist with a special code (15) to indicate that is the case.   
      
   For now I just added an 'if' that calls up 'file' like so;   
      
     if [ "$(file $1 | grep "shell script text")" ]   
      
   which if $1 isn't a shell script should cause tuxpower.sh to exit and   
   not post an unsuitable file to the echo, such as a binary file which   
   would be extremely bad.   
      
   Unless someone has anything further to add, this should be the final   
   posting of 'tuxpower.sh'.  :::knock on wood:::   
      
   Offhand I think this looks good as is.
