   Good point but then the 'tr' call will have to be dropped due to the potential   
   extra '.' character in domain names. For example fidonet.org with the 'tr'   
   call will produce; $origDomain="fidonet org" which is not quite right. A   
   piped 'sed' call might be the better alternative to 'tr' for 5D addresses   
   methinks.
