   I have built Max & Squish from the source before. It needs work I think   
   but for the most part it works quite well. Squish & Sqafix seem to be

   I think the log in procedure on sourceforge.net has changed recently   
   so it may not be quite the same as what is written in the QUICKSTART   
   file. If your on the maximus sourceforge page hit the CVS link and   
   it'll tell you the commands needed to access CVS.
