   HPT by the husky project can do Squish, JAM, and .MSG. Used in conjunction with   
   HTICK (file tosser), NLTools (nodelist tools), and whatever else you're   
   interested in using from their list of software, I've never had any real   
   issues, and the stability is top notch.
