Yea that will be interesing to see who bails after the season ends and IF they
come back next year and how many.

Boy I've got a friend who is watching and and says it's very star trek. Since
I'm not I can't agree or disagree with you.

If I remember from the first episode Discovery happens between Enterpise and
TOS. So they could be referencing things and people in the the Enterprise
series. Wonder if there will be a USS Tripp to honor Tripp who died in the
   series.

Saw that they will do a Mudd episode just wonder if they will "age" the
characters right. You could also see the TOS charaters in their early years
in Starflet or in the Academy.

Done right it could be a boone to ST arc. Done wrong a disaster. It wll be an
   intesting few years.
