   Yep and in all cases the parents actions constitue theft or criminal damage    
   or both, just beacause they are your parents doesnt give them the right to    
   make decisions about your property, just because they paid for it does not    
   mean they own it, like all gifts they become the property of the recipient    
   the moment they are given.
