   Note that unlike earlier versions of Windows, which had their own   
   serious problems, there were really only two major differences between   
   Windows 3.0 and Windows 3.1.   
   Windows 3.0 came with a version you could run on a 286.   
   Windows 3.1 included TrueType, licensed from Apple.
