   Why would a United States Note be an improvement on a Federal Reserve   
   Note? The former is plain fiat currency, the latter at least has bank   
   collateral behind it.   
   Better they should start printing Gold Certificates again.   
   Or minting Eagles and Double Eagles... or Half-Unions and Unions.
