   They also gave the impression in What are Little Girls Made of? that   
   she signed on with a Starship as much for the chance to find Roger   
   Corby as anything else.

   Kirk: It's been five years since his last message.   
   Chapel: Roger's a very determined man. He'd find a way to live.
