   "Joe" in For a Fistful of Dollars. But there is no indication that was   
   his real name. His buddy called him that but it may have been a   
   surrogate name because his real name wasn't known.   
   "Monco" in for a Few Dollars More. This was the name he used when he   
   collected a bounty. It may or may not have been his real name.   
   I think, though, he was only called "Blondie" in The Good The Bad and   
   the Ugly. This is pretty close to not having a name.   
   It isn't clear that these three characters are the same...
