   I see the intended humor, but it misfires.  Even if we accept the   
   "horndog" myth, which I don't, we never see Kirk come on to a   
   crewmember.  Except for Janet Wallace, and they just seem to be   
   remoniscing about a relationship that never happened years ago, than   
   anything else.  There is Yeo. Rand, but other than her admission of   
   being attracted to him in "Miri," their relationship seems rather   
   vague.
